Vitamins and supplements

Is it ok to take something like Cardioace I have pv and feel fit and healthy but just wonder if these type of supplements help at all?

I don't know the answer but I take essential fatty acids & vitamin c. No ill effects thus far.

I am guessing just check the formula to make sure it doesn't interact with any meds, would probably make sense to do and that the ingredients aren't accumulative causing toxicity. Best wishes!! J

Thanks Jenny I don’t currently take any meds’ apart from aspirin. But I will check at my next appointment. Thanks.
