So got word today saying my insurers are paying out and that after reading my medical report they are back dating it to Aug 2015when I also had a stroke. Although I'm delighted with the outcome I also feel a bit deflated . All in just over 3 weeks .thanks to the site or I would never had known and thanks to everyone who shared information x

Congratulations! I too was successful with my CI claim despite being denied back in April last year. They too backdated my claim. I am very grateful for this site as I received the information from here to clinch the claim!
