recently i have some lower abdoman pain. And did ultrascan. But they notice that my spleen enlarged upto 12.5 Cm. I am 25 Years age. It needs to worry . I am very much afraid.

Hi

Some places use different measures, is your spleen a total 12.5 cm? or 12.5cm above baseline? i.e 12.5cm more than it should be?

a normal spleen is about 10cm, mine is 22.5 cm. Are you an MPN patient?
