hi everybody , if you live any where close to Cricklade first town on the Thames the North meadow has half a million snakes head fritaliary flowers in bloom . Its a sight to behold.

Hi Twinkly ,

had a week with low energy levels and dizzy when standing up suddenly but its all gone away by itself so now fit and well and enjoying the spring.
