Guys, I am looking at starting herbalife, just as a control factor more than anything. I shall speak to my Clinical Nurse first, although in the interim stages of research is anyone else/has anyone else gone this route? Hope your all having a happy Wednesday!!

I would be interested in this or what plan you follow as the locom I saw (who's wife sold it) said about it but he left and so didn't get a chance to follow up. I am struggling losing weight, I eat healthy and walk 30 mins a day but it don't shift x
Karen, I'm pretty much healthy at the best of times just need a helping hand. I am back running and find this the best to shift the weight. I would suggest eating 6 small meals a day or three medium meals and three snacks. It will stop you getting hungry. Ensure you have breakfast. Kick start the metabolism. I shall
I think that's my problem I am not eating enough but I don't find the time at work to eat or snack. I do have breakfast, I have porridge, jacket potato most lunch times and big salad for dinner. I am going to invest in a bike and go for rides in the evening after walking the dog, I just need to shift these pounds. I can't run as I don't have a great back after years of horse riding. I will get there, but you are doing great. I also hope you are ok and thank you for the responses xx
Why? This is nothing more than American manufactured chemical gunk with added sugar to make it taste better, and a selling pyramid.
Why do you think folk who sell it have the ads plastered all over their cars?
I took Herbalife religiously for 12 months in the 80's and saw no change in my life apart from my bank balance which rapidly decreased!
If it was presented to you in the form of sixty large black and yellow nasty tasting tablets would you take it?
Your locum's wife might be selling it, but knowing just how eager GP 's are to palm us all off with drugs and tablets these days ( the prescribing of which fills their pockets don't forget) I can't see any reason for taking it.
Sorry to be so negative but if I were you I'd spend my money on two books - Anticancer ( silly title, food awareness would be better) and The China Study.
I've read both and follow neither to the letter, but they make interesting and enlightening reading.
Why burden your body with further chemicals when it has enough to cope with.
There is no short cut to a healthy body apart from a healthy diet and a positive outlook.
