good afternoon everyone was wondering if anyone else experienced this my left hand and arm were ice cold even under a sweater and very painful and fingers and palm a little blue I had my injection on Wednesday this happened on Friday continued Saturday I feel fine today but just wondering if it’s something to do with the shot or if it could be something else I have had this happen before and my feet to be cold and turn blue but never just one side so naturally I went on Google even though I know I shouldn’t and it said a lot of different things about stroke and heart when the left side does this, so just curious if this has happened to anyone else with her injection or if I should be alarmed if it happens again, I will tell my doctor

left hand and arm, cold and painful
While this may have been a thrombotic or microvascular incident, I would not assume that is what it was. Given for the potential for it to be something more serious, I would treat it as an emergency if it occurs again. I would go straight to the ER to receive a proper assessment while the event is occuring.
While it is unlikely to have been a cardiac event given how long it lasted without apparent adverse outcome, I would not assume anything about what happened. This is an issue that needs immediate medical attention should it occur again.
Please do let us know how you get on.
Hi!
You didn’t mention which injection that was. Some time ago when my thrombocytes were very high, my left arm was hurting especially my hand, palm and fingers especially fingertips. I believe this had to do with some blood clotting and putting a lot of pressure on the fingers seem to help a little bit. My hand was also cold, as well as my arm, but not as much. This was only for a few hours, so I didn’t go to the doctor. It never happened again.
