Hi, I’ve had all of those symptoms with migraine, however if this is a change for you then it’s wise to speak to your GP. We can get all kinds of weird symptoms with migraine so you can assume that that’s what it is but always best to check I think, that it’s not something else causing it. Hope you get some support and are feeling better soon.

I know worrying doesn't help. But it's so random ,asto when they come. Being alone. Makes it worse ,. Should be used to them now after 5years. But still scary. Thanks for replying.

They can be very scary can't they? It doesn't help that people think we're just having a headache either! Being alone with your thoughts and fears is not nice, could you talk to someone when you're feeling scared? Preferably someone who will listen and not try and fix you. Just expressing what you're feeling, saying the words can be helpful I think.

Hello there I have migraine with and without aura. The many symptoms I have are racing heart, sweating, sparkly lights in vision, I have had numbness down one side, confusion like I can't think of the right word, extreme vomiting and nausea. I have sometimes had the vision problems twice in one day. These things are normal for me now but I was frightened the first time as I thought I was having a stroke.I can understand you being worried.I also feel a bit washed out for a couple of days after.Hope this helps.

Yes thanks for replying , still feel a bit achey but it's only a couple of days since. And this bright sun to day isn't helping. Wish I could stop worrying about it., Comming back

This is very normal for many of us (3-4 times a week for me), but I agree with 1518; new migraine symptoms should be discussed with your doctor to make sure it’s not something else.
