Has anyone been for this type of migraine surgery that could provide feedback?

Migraine surgery
HI Adriana I used this service in 2017/18 for migraine 3-4 times a month. My migraine is over the eyes so I just had Botox in the eyebrows, not the full 30+ injections that the NHS does. The procedure was slightly uncomfortable, nothing more. My migraine frequency reduced , not conclusively - but enough to make a difference to my quality of life. I stopped Botox when I moved GP and was put on HRT. Migraines have stayed at 1-2 a month. But you need an experienced practitioner. Dr Muehlbauer was fine but I do not know about any other staff at the practice.
Migraine is a response to trigger factors usually involving food. Anthing that needs to mellow or mature such as alcholic drinks, cheese, bananas, chocolate, citrus fruits and other foods, releases an enzyme and it is this enzyme that triggers the response in a main blood vessel in the neck. Surgery is not something that I have heard of before as a cure-all for migraine, because it is a reaction and not a fault to be corrected.
