Nosebleeds with migraine

Does anyone else get a nosebleed with a migraine attack?

My son has headaches and nosebleeds but not at the same time, usually. So they may not be connected. I used to get nosebleeds and dizziness often when I regularly took aspirin for migraine, so check your medication.

I think it's an unusual symptom so you should see your doctor about it.

I got nosebleeds a lot in high school, but don't any more. I passed out in the hallway also from being dizzy.. looking back on things.. wow.
