could it be migraine?

hi,for as long as i could remember,i always have headache,but just of recent its became more frequent than the usually,doing this period i sometimes feel weak and feel like throwing up,but unable to,i try all kinds of pain kill,but wont go until later...this are my worries because its afecting my work performance.

Yes, it could be migraine as migraine frequency and intensity can change over time. Usually migraine is one sided and affects your whole body as well as the head, and nausea is one of the symptoms. You should check it out with a doctor to confirm, get help, and rule out other things.
