Happy Easter!

Hope you all have a good day. I feel brighter today. The sun is shining and life feels good. I have suffered with depression for years and I have learnt to make the most of good days.

I know tomorrow might be different. I'm off work for two weeks holiday with the family but I have not really felt in the holiday mood until today. Im off for a walk soon.

Lets hope the feeling carries on!

Make the most of good days. Tomorrow may be different. Live one day at a time!
