I find that that if I don't sleep well my anxiety in higher I am also very routined in what I do on a day to day basis and if that is disturbed my anxiety rockets.

Which regards to depression I find that I am very self critical and don't take any kind of criticism well and find that I can get depressed quite quickly. Also if I have had an argument with say a family member I can get really depressed after which can last for days.

Sleeps a BIG one for me, I always feel much better when I've had a good sleep.

My one is self-esteem related, but also a big trigger is boredom/solitude. By keeping busy and forcing myself to stay involved in lots of things I can stay out of depression.

I am worse when I don't have a 'plan' for the day. For example monday to friday is fine because I am at work BUT weekends can be really bad unless I think ahead about what I am going to do and then MAKE myself do it.
