I am in San Jose California with Anthem Mediblue Coordination Plus HMO. I was dissatisfied with my doctors so I decided to try changing them, but my insurance can't find me a new Psychiatrist or therapist. A friend of mine recommends switching to a Kaiser plan. I don't know what to do.

Ask them to send u a list of Dr then Google the reviews on the drs and go from there
