Any care to share if it was a positive or negative experience? I start Friday. It is victual for 3 hours , 3 days a week, up to 18 in the group. Never done it before. Feeling skeptical, frightened, and want to get something out of it.

I am on a waitlist for the same type of program. Please keep me updated with your thoughts about it. It sounds doable with my work and I really need more than 1 hour a week. Truly struggling and don't want this to be all there is...

I am wishing the best for you!

just finished first group. i was anxious, fearful and thought nope not going to work. Now that I did it. I feel a little exposed that I did have to speak but only once. I feel a lot of information was given. I need to process. I took notes. Am I cured - No. Am I willing to go again on Monday - YES.

This week has been a lot, Started meds, met new therapist, started group and had to take leave of absence from work ( my safe comfort zone).

I feel a little speck of hope unlike last friday when I went to hospital ready to give up.
