Bipolar Support

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

I am looking for free, high quality support groups for bipolar disorder.

I prefer online, but for in person, I am in Miami-Dade County.

I have tried DBSA's local chapter and it was not a good fit for me.

I am trying to got connected with NAMI.

Are there good online forums or resources you have found useful?
