Surviving

Hi. I have depression, anxiety & insomnia. I like to stay indoors, not see anyone or do anything. Happy Days! I'm next trying rTMS which I hope gets me back on track. I have a loving family and supportive GP so can't complain about support.

Hi, Carthorse. I also have depression and anxiety. I am very probably a little bit autistic - but that has never been diagnosed. I am profoundly introverted and i prefer to stay home.

I am curious to learn about what rTMS is.

Hi Luxlife. Thanks for writing. rTMS is short for Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation which you can google about. I'm having it in May now - takes 3 weeks being seen every day. Considering what we suffer - and for so long - 3 weeks seems so short. I'm sorry you're in pain and hope you have help and support. Keep in touch ok
