Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if we should avoid so called “energy” drinks with nootropics in it if we are on SSRI’s already if they could interact with each other? The only reason I ask is because I drank three drinks over the course of 3 days last week and now my anxiety/restlessness is very higher this week! I will add a picture of the ingredients in it! Was wondering if anyone had similar experiences

Remember Little, not often, why would you need this regular boost . Consider tea and coffee, both are stimulants in their own way

Thank you for your reply! It’s crazy how sensitive our nervous systems can be when we have anxiety issues!! I have Graves’ disease and they killed off my thyroid and I never had anxiety prior so it’s been a roller coaster ride!!!

Sorry about your Graves/Thyroid Shaf

We all need to be down for a little, often. We are all need to consider how things can affect us. I suppose if we eat or drink to much of a good thing it could do some form of harm
