Thank you for those kind words. Ive always wanted to meditate but dont know how. So i will definitely check out that on youtube and do further research. I feel motivated but i also smoke nicotine and am struggling to quit. Thats anither issue however. I have recommended recources. I also have been becoming a book worm throughout the past year lol
Welcome, I used to smoke sixty a day when I was young and eventually packed in it was wonderful not smelling of smoke and tar. If possible try and give the habit up it does not do you much good. Stopped smoking when I was twenty sixThe problem is even after fifty years they still need to know when you get health checkups.
