Panicing. I'm really overwhelmed. Mom's drunk again and i had to help sis because mom keeps me responsible for her and i just quitted because we both couldn't study more. My anxiety just doesn't go away like a permanent state.

I’m so sorry. You shouldn’t have to have these kinds of worries. But there’s so much of it, things happening not fair beyond our control. Try meditating or breathing in the present moment with intent to receive peace.
