Started suffering with anxiety when I came out of lockdown don't know what the virus does to your brain but it is unbearable Walkerlegs
Yes Lockdown was uncomfortable, it makes people suffer from Anxiety and Depression after been locked up. We are waiting for my Wife to have her second Injection in approx four weeks time. Hopefully will get a break we have plenty of suggestions what to do

In my case it has revealed people's true opinions of me, incidents during Covid led to me leaving my job, but I might be pending a new chapter by having joined 2 online groups.
Have managed to recover some of my lost confidence. I found HU, this great site, which helped me to begin recovery from a mini trauma.
I have discovered walking in nature and taking in the sights and sounds of nature can be really good. I have found how easy it is to discuss mental health issues with those who also suffer on a Mental health Zoom group as well as on here.
