Am trying not to give in

I finally managed to get the bus to go to the large chemist and the health store after months of going out once a day or not at all.

I so want to get strong physically but haven't been right for months.

My boyfriend died a year ago and I lost my voluntary job cos of Covid.

My best friend left cos I shouted at her and other stuff. I don't really care cos I don't miss her.

How does one get physically strong again.

Want to send a massive virtual hug if that's of any comfort. As for getting physically strong, you have to build up very slowly, and stick to it every day, don't expect instant results, but if you stick with it you will feel more stronger in time x
