Hi guys, this is another post of things that I have learned or that have helped me out in the past:
-be grateful: when you are having a hard time a lot of the time it is because you can no longer "see the light" in this case writing down or posting what you are grateful for helps you to find the light at the moment and can help you to get on the right track once more.
-love yourself: write down things you love about yourself aim for at least 5 to start and then add more day by day.
-you first: it is both ok and a good idea to take care of and learn to love yourself before you do others this helps you from feeling dependent on people who may not always be able to be there.
-get creative: write a song or poem about how you feel or your situation, and even take it a step further if you want to: pretend to be famous and sing that song for someone or no one just sing your heart out, or in the case of a poem or something along those lines then it's the same idea except you recite it. You can also post your song/poem somewhere if you feel like it. If you just want to think of one and not write it down or are unable to write it down that's ok too.
-try to see all angles: sometimes you are just not seeing the whole idea or you are seeing it backward and sometimes you just need to clarify to make sure you did not understand things wrong. Many times a good intention can be taken wrong because the person did not see the full reason behind the idea.
-shrug it off: sometimes it is just best to shrug things off and walk away rather than get involved in something
well I hope this uplifts or helps someone today and let me know if I should make this a daily or weekly thing and what this should be called. I would love to talk if anyone needs someone to help them grow into the inner angel you are made to be.
Also, someone wise once said there are such things as happy endings you just have to start looking for what makes you happy now so that you can be happy then. (this may not be quoted 100% correct because I just restated what was said to the best of my memory)
