Hello pleased to meet you . Sorry to hear the effects of Mirtazapine.

Please if I can suggest, advise, offer some guidance all medication takes a while to kick in and start working.

There always are side effects on any medications .

If your experiencing issues the main thing is try to help yourself with the medications.

Understand with a combination of diet, nutrition and some slight changes then the medication will work.

Can take a couple of weeks to a month depends on the reaction of the bodies systems to a new medicine.

Like all medications your body is reacting because it is considered a foreign alien substance in your body.

White blood cells antibodies are reacting to destroy losses of bacteria stomach issues sickness pain aches muscles.

Body way of trying to get rid of toxins, so we need to counteract this.

By increasing fruit vegetables plenty of leafy greens.

Probotic Prebiotic foods antibacterial foods that combined with medication help the body cope.

Onions, Garlic, Leeks, Yoghurt, with added cultures. Oats Berries and those vegetables contained Beta Carotene Squashes Butternut, Sweet Potatoes.

Include Pasta, Rice whole grain whole wheat.

Include lean meat, fish, eggs whole grain whole wheat and beans, pulses.

Avoid Alcohol, Caffeine, Coffee, Tea, Cola, Chocolate, Energy Drinks.

Stimulants mean more consume worse it can become.

Avoid craving sugar fatty foods comfort I know but make you worse biscuits, cakes and any thing such as that.

Hello thank you for reply.

I would consider suggest enrolling mental health charities this does help plus I forget to add.

Some one in your corner should you need to be assessed benefits and any thing such as now.

Attend Doctors with you depends on current situations and be an advocate come to speak on your behalf.

With anything such as this.

Please I hope anything I said helped .

Please take care.

Allow five weeks for the drug to have some affect.

Looking at the dose given it may be your GP will double, increase the dose at a later time
