Sertraline and body jerks

I'm having night time jerks which has resulted in extreme sleep/health anxiety. Doc had prescribed mitrazepine which me feel like a zombie the day after but has now given me sertraline. I'm scared to start taking it having read all the side effects! I do find a glass of wine a night helps the jerks and relaxes me. Imagine during the day time and don't think I'm depressed or anxious.

I do not know how long you have been on these medications, although generally allow five weeks for them to work, only allowing short periods to get used to these drugs only pushes you down to further medications. Doing this will not make you well you need to be patient
