Anyone on sertraline and get really bad acid reflux? I’ve had a lump feeling in my throat and the feeling I need to burp ( sorry for tmi) but the tiniest burp comes out along with acid . It’s rank and setting my anxiety off big time . I’ve only managed a cuppa soup in a few days but plenty of fluids .

Never personally had that when I was (previously) taking sertraline.

One thing I have seen about sertraline, is that it's so important to take the pills with a good amount of water, and maybe not when lying down, or about to sleep, either. People have reported being in a lot of pain from that stuff when (presumably) the tablets don't go properly down to the stomach.

If you search "sertraline acid reflux" on google, there is a thread on the mumsnet forums about it.
