Try chai and/or chamomile tea.
Are you opposed to taking sleeping tablets?
Alternatively, speak to your doctor about medical marijuana.
I eat a banana if this happens. Contains potassium and other minerals. Need serotonin to help sleep. Could try hops formula from boots
Have you tried MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique. You can get books on Amazon for about £7;00 Stg. Consider its use just before sleep.
When watching television etc, keep the viewing easy viewing.
I generally visit You Tube or read or look at picture books that are easy and not violent.
Have your supper earlier in the evening, if you eat late you will be kept awake as the tummy tries to digest food
