Hi we can't give you solutions and can only advise what from our own experiences has helped us. But without knowing what your conditions are I don't see we can help. Are you receiving any medical help? Do you feel able to tell us more? x

unfortunenatly where I live mental illness isn't insured so no treatment is advailable medical only covers physical illness. this has become a big gripe of mine since myself and others like me can not afford out of pocket expences for treatment

Have you tried CBT? It might at least start to help. I might not be on the same level, but it may be worth a try as seems to be improving things for me. (book ISBN 978-1-78033-201-7) don't let the thickness put u off, your not supposed to read the whole thing in 1 go

yes i have tried cbd it does do something other meds have failed but to keep it stocked is a issue
