Hello shyshell,

Welcome to our supportive community. Well done for taking a brave step out of your comfort zone to reach out for help. You are obviously having a difficult time right now but hopefully, you will find folks here are only too willing to come alongside you and share from their personal journeys and experiences. I presume that your GP is supporting you with your MH problems, but if not then do see him/her to discuss how you are feeling and what they can do to support you. You may ask for a referral to your local mental health team as besides medications, there are a range of therapies available that may help you manage your symptoms better such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), here's a link to more information:

Do check out our Pinned Post section for free mental health guides etc.

That sounds stressful shyshell - sending you positive vibes for the day. Don't be embarrassed about talking about your Mental Health to a stranger - people who live with MH issues are in my opinion, some of the bravest, strongest people out there in the world. Be proud of yourself for coming here to seek support.
