I've definitely gone through periods of having an overly dry mouth, and I 100% over salivate so much so I drool.

It can be common with ageing, or medication, or stress.

If it's impacting your life significantly I'd see a gp, but wouldn't be overly concerned otherwise :) xx

Hi Bexilee, thanks for your info ,I told the gp today but I digressed by saying my cat was like that among other symptoms prior to taking a stroke2months ago ,so I think he dismissed it as another part of my anxiety....I don't think it my meds,as im not on much,it could be mouth breathing, still uncertain.!!

Did you start Zoloft? It makes your mouth extremely dry

Hey 👋 well I have dry mouth due to my meds which include my blood pressure that has a diuretic with and my mood stabilizer as well as my antidepressant.

When I over salivate it’s because nausea and more like I will start to dry heave or vomit due to my anxiety or what ever caused my nausea.
