I don’t want to be hospitalized. I don’t know many individuals that want to be hospitalized but I feel like I’m get worse and I struggle to function

You've been through a lot recently. Losing a job is never nice and is bound to have an impact too.

No, I haven’t spoken to my therapist yet. I don’t see my therapist until Monday afternoon. I texted her concerning some research I came across ...she said we could def discuss everything.

I thought about being hospitalized recently Sometimes the struggle just seems too much on your own.

Losing a job is stressful in any circumstances.

I actually got escorted off the premises by security once after an argument with a manager. I was terrified what it would do to my future employment opportunities. It had no effect, in fact I was even taken back by the same company a few years later.

I know you are strong. Monday is not far away. Write a list of stuff you want to cover.
