I have just read up and all are say that this med will make you gain weight. No one listens, shat shall I do. I know myself if I put on weight it will be an added thing to my depression

I would speak to a pharmacist at your local chemist, maybe speak to a few different pharmacists from different chemist's which will help you get a good insight ss to which medications are more up your street as far as the weight gain is concerned. I find it hard sometimes to really get the time to go in depth about medicines during appointments, so always ask pharmacists as they really do have a great deal of knowledge about all medication and they're always happy to tell you, I've found. Or you could ask to see a different doctor or even both...? Hope this helps and we'll done on losing weight - I find it really hard to...msybe it's the mirtazapine lol nah seriously I am taking mirtazapine, have been a couple of weeks now and tbh I haven't really noticed any extra added weight gain since starting it... Everybody is different though... Best of luck : )
hi been on them for years in the beginning I noticed I started getting hungrier at night mainly pigged out on all sorts but after a while I overcame that to a certain extent and just ate toast r cereal if your an active person I would think you wont notice a great deal of weight gain.
