Hi I wonder if you are too busy doing things for others and don't spend enough time on you and what you want? You have to have a good work life balance and your needs are very important as well. x
Go for a walk. This can help you relax and get exercise starting off. Just put down your tasks for like 20 mins. Do what you want for 20mins and don’t feel bad about it.
Start with your mind, is another option Usually repeating maths or saying your abc calms you down, and gets your mental activities going. Try reading a book or watching mindful mediation youtube, lots of youtube on motivation
your tiring yourself out..everyone, one way or another is isolated from themselves if anything..put your energy towards you, take better care of yourself..which your doing..get your strength back, recharge, take control..and then just keep going..
Nothing wrong with feeling like a child inside.. that's what keeps us young!!! I get where ur coming from.. with not feeling positive/anxiety and etc. Do u have any pets? Do u like music at all? What puts a smile on ur face? Its hard when u don't feel well to be positive.. I get that..thats me, but I try to do what makes ME happy n not what others think is happy for them.Be easy on yourself...in time u will be where u want to be. Sending a huge hug ur way!!!
