I’ve gone back into Sertraline. I came off them myself last year, and now I’ve had a relapse 😞 I have anxiety, but with that I also have paranoia 😢 it’s been awful the last few weeks..

Welcome to our supportive community. I hope you will us a friendly bunch who are willing to come alongside and support each other. I can understand your frustration having restart Sertraline after a period off them. I'm sure your doctor is trying their best to support you, and it's the nature of mental health problems to ebb and flow and flare up from time to time. Try to see the need for medication at this time as something positive to help you get back in balance. Do keep in touch with your GP or MH team about how your body is responding to the medication, so that they can monitor you and keep you safe. Explore the possibilites of accessing local MH services too e.g. talking therapies.
Do read through your Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) that should be inside your medication box this gives important information about taking your medication, side effects etc. Here is a link to a pdf copy and also to Mind UK Charity for more info on Sertraline and SSRI Antidepressants:
