Hi finally feel I can say something about myself, carer for 18yrs for my wife who suffered from borderline personality disorder and regularly took over doses and selfharm cutting arms legs etc ,not anymore, burnt out, had depression since losing my son, this got me into acute twice and police cells ,had some help but since my help has gone for my depression ,self harm, I guess my usefulness to mental health team expired. As time went had 7 to 8 operations on my knees for tearing my cartilage and osteoarthritis, then proceded to migraine, more pills ,then epiepsy, along side my deafness and tinitus. Not looking for sympathy just understanding.
