Sorry things are so tough for you at the moment. I had this a few weeks ago and it was rubbish. Kept having to dive into the loo to cry at work or make up excuses. Could you tell us a bit about what's going on for you?

I don't know, just everything and nothing in particular.. my little girl is growing up, I don't have many friends, I'm overweight and my clothes don't fit, I don't see myself having any sort of future that means anything.

Know what you mean about everything and nothing. Feels like the size of the sadness outweighs the cause(s) and takes over. Have you found anything that helps or distracts you? Have you got anyone supporting you at the moment?

Before this started did you have any hopes for the future? How old is your little girl?
