Only a Human.

Today I was studying, listening to music then this song came on and I cried. Had to play it again so I could let go and you know what. It is okay to let go of that emotion.

The lyrics:

"Winner's just a word

Loser's just one, too

Oh, forever dreaming

Lullaby"

Just got me out of nowhere.

Wow that was a powerful emotion, but those are allowed.

Take time today to listen to that song that speaks to you. If you think you don't have o e just go and flick through your music collection or through the songs on the web. Don't think about it too much, don't over analysis just put the song in the appeals to you. Enjoy it and if it doesn't light your fire , try another one.

George Ezra is getting added to Jess Glynne as artists who have songs that just speak to me on a deep level of many emotions.

I am on another emotional journey at the moment. I sense good things ahead but with little blocks in the way.

It does feel good to let go of the emotions at times though. 😊

I feel my business idea is going to work, just need to get through the next couple of months looking for that temporary job to pay for my training and business set-up.

I also need to give you a big virtual hug and thank you.

Our conversations about getting you out of the house helped to to see that my path lies in counselling others so now I am 2 months into a 3 year Counselling course from which I will be a qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist as well as a counsellor. Going to combine these new qualifications with my massage therapies training and start a holistic therapies business.

How are you doing?

I need to spend more time catching up with how everyone is doing on here. However, I have made a new circle of friends who are very communicative and don't shy away from talking about the tough things in life. Also been enjoying this unusually hot and sunny weather Scotland has. Too hot at times for me and I have to be careful of my sub exposure being a pale-skinned blonde haired Scots lassie is not condusive with very sunny and hot days.

Yesterday I spent time lying in a garden, on a blanket doing my assignments and watching the bees going from flower to flower. Just wonderful.to take that time out.

Xx

Nope, about how some songs have meaning when you least expect them to. This song got to me and made me cry, but it is okay to cry at times.

You are very gracious in your response to my faux pas. Thank you, I agree crying can be such a release.

Yes, you are right, nothing feels as good as a laugh. I would say sex , but I'm starting to sound like an old perv . Pam

Sure, a bit of banter does no harm.
