I haven't had a depression episode in over a year, but recently I've felt depressed. I think it is because the overwhelming amount of stress that I'm experiencing at work. I absolutely love my job (I work with animals), but there are so many new people who aren't following directions or haven't been trained properly, that I'm ridiculously frustrated because I'm constantly fixing other people's mistakes. I can't be there 24/7, but I do everything in my power to help people know what to do and what not to do. But no one pays attention. I've somehow gotten to the point of "it's not my problem," which is not me AT ALL.
How do people cope with this??
