Any advice on filling out forms for pip?

I have attempted suicide 3 times since October. Suffer with anxiety and depression. Had to go sick from a job after 3 weeks

I wouldn’t attempt completing the forms or going through this process alone. Citizens advice can help with form filling by appointment , check out if there are any charities in your area who would help, have someone go with you to any medical. The points system operated can be tricky so do seek some support to complete forms.

I had the same problem and I may still have it but from time to time you have to make something enjoyable that will make you go on for some time
