Nervous tics?

Does anyone else get nervous tics when they are anxious? I twitch my nose and I shake my head somewhat. I feel like I look like I am on drugs when I am not.

Thanks for your posts. It sounds as if things are tricky for you at the moment.

I hope our members replies for your previous post were helpful. They are so supportive and can be very helpful.

If things are really difficult perhaps you could talk things through with your doctor or a support person if you have one.
