I don’t know what is wrong with me

I’m 15 and lately I’ve been spacing out a lot and find I have no energy to perform basic tasks, I struggle to concentrate in lessons and I’m really worried because I sit my exams soon. If anyone has any idea about what might be wrong please help me.

Hi,

I can 100% identify with you, when i was your age and even going through my A levels i felt that way. During times of high stress, or when i needed to focus the best solution was to go an do somthing active, like swimming or a jog. It opens the mind, and helps release any stress. Also it gives your serge or physical and mental energy helping you focus when you need to. Honestly give it a go, even if its for half and hour a few times a week.
