What now?
I'm sorry, I don't really understand your post. Do you mean that you don't take your medication and are showing symptoms? It is important you take your medication as prescribed.
If you are taking your medication as prescribed and still having "outbursts" then maybe your medication needs to be reviewed/changed and/or you need some counselling or anger management to deal with your feelings.
Don't worry what other people think. The important thing is to get yourself better FOR YOU.

It isn't necessary for you to explain yourself to others.
I am saddened to hear about the name calling, but you don't need to take on the name-calling as your identity, dear. No need to feel humiliated either. Take a deep breath and know that your medication is necessary for a problem that you struggle with. Try to focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself, or the people who support and love you
Please take to heart the wisdom shared by Stilltrying, stopping meds without consulting your doctor is very dangerous and could cause you unnecessary problems.
Hi antwanya and welcome to this caring forum. It would be helpful if you could give us a bit more information, please, so that we can help you. As stilltrying has asked, do you mean that you don't take your medication and are showing symptoms? It is important you take your medication as prescribed so that you will feel better and if you have any concerns about your medication, please discuss these with your GP as he/she will be able to help you. As PN1Author60 posted, try to focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself and surround yourself by people you support and love you. Please stay on the forum where you will receive support from other members. Thank you and best wishes.
I am guessing you take your meds but those around you think you don't because of how you are/your moods/symptoms. Are you struggling? If so do you need a review? What are your needs at the moment 💮
Well I been in a abusive home growing up which I'm now bi polar and emotionally disturbed. My meds help me be stable others tell me I shouldn't take the I'm not crazy. Then talk about me when I act out because I haven't been on them. Everything hurts my feelings.
Hey, you say you grew up in an abusive home. Thus you experienced stuff you should and missed out on stuff you should. Somewhere you sound like you need to find you. If the Medes help then take them, a review is a good idea. I hope you have had or could look into some psychological support, a programme. It makes sense you are are finding things h are given your past. Good luck and I am sending you a hug 🤗
Thank u
I have just re-read my last post to you. It should read that you experienced stuff you should not have. And that is the fault of those around you not you. I hope you can find a way to find you and the lovely person you are xxx
