Combat dreams

Hello. I suffer from combat/war dreams but I have never been in a war.

Dreams are pretty realistic and full of gore

Dreams can be scarily vivid. Sounds like this is your brain trying to resolve an internal conflict you have going on, it can come out through dreams in the craziest ways! I think the dreams will start to ease the more you talk about things you think might be causing them. I used to have such bad nightmares I feared going to sleep.
