Hey, I hope this post is okay! So I am undertaking my final year Psychology project and would like to explore the experiences young males have had throughout their journey with depression.
The requirements are: that you are male, aged 20-30, have had experience of depression, but have ceased therapy and/or have been stable on medication for at least 12 months.
I would be SO SO grateful if anyone could spare approximately 1 hour of your time to take part in a face-to-face interview in Buckinghamshire.
All participation is entirely voluntary. If you are interested in taking part or would like any further information, please email me on 21329064@bucks.ac.uk.
The study has also been approved by the Psychology Research Ethics Committee at Buckinghamshire New University.
Thank you!

I hope you get a response to this from someone willing to help as anything that can better the understanding of mental health I welcome with open arms.
If you ever need female candadits via Skype or email then I am willing to offer my experiences and anything else that can help towards better knowledge and understanding of mental health related issues.
Thank you! Unfortunately I’ve been trying to collect participants for some months now and haven’t received a single one. I think it shows just how far we have still got to go in making men feel comfortable talking about mental health
I think generally there is a long way to go to get people to talk about Mental Health. People who don't even suffer with mental health can't talk about it, so you can imagine how hard it is for people who suffer from mental health to talk out. I wish you all the best on your search. Keep trying you never know
