Hi I found this website one year ago when I couldn't see a way out.i still feel like that but know I don't feel so alone I feel like I have the people on here who understand what it's like.i just want to say thank you and I hope that u have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.i hope the new year being me some happiness.

Thanks! It's a great website. There are other important resources though - MIND, Samaritans, Rethink, your GP, local mental health, recovery services from local mental health teams.
