Feeling a bit alone.

At school in lunch break right now. On my phone because no one would like it if I sat down next to them so just feel out of place and alone.

Has anyone else tried a school counsellor or someone like that and are they worth going to for something as simple as this? Thanks

Sure, why not. School is like a boiler room experience - everything is heightened and it's easy to get left out or bullied or just down. Try anything you want to help - GP, counsellor, citizen's advice, head teacher, parents, anything constructive.

Best wishes for the future.

edit: I've not been to a school councillor (back in the day we didn't have those) but I've found councelling generally helpful. Any opportunity to discuss perceived problems n your life is helpful
