Christmas can be a wonderful time of celebrating with family and friends giving and sharing love and friendship. But it can also be a very challenging time and make managing our mental health more difficult. Try to pace your activities, reassess your priorities, make some compromises and lower your expectations a little. Try to plan in some 'time-out' away from the hustle and bustle to rest and relax. Practicing mindfulness may help you re-focus on the present moment and give your mind a chance to rest.
