Living with CPTSD at times feels like living alone. Everyone you've supported for years and even decades, suddenly disappears when you need them the most. A beloved pet died today and my friends are either ignoring me or complaining that I'm being too negative. Seriously? I'm bleeping done.

Hi, Sorry to hear you are having such a bad day.

Please talk to someone. There is a list of numbers where you can call in the Crisis support helplines.

It is really tough when pets pass away and tougher when you find friends are not understanding. I lost a lot of friends that I had helped when I became ill.

When I reached an all time low a few months ago I did call the Samaritains and I found that helpful.

You can get through this, please call someone and go and speak to your doctor.
