Feeling sad and lonely is part and parcel of depression. How do you feel otherwise? there are friends on here who are willing to help you and be your friend, as am I?

Can I help?

Hi Maryrose2. You can start by changing your routine. Doing something in the evenings or weekends. Join a club or society or whatever. Do you have any friends that can help you?

Hi maryrose2 . Sorry to hear your feeling lonely. Sometimes we can feel lonely at different times. I find I feel loneliest in a crowd of people. Are you alone or with people? X. Thank you for 'following' me. X

I'm here for you write down what makes you sad and throw it away.

What makes you happy and do that.

Sometimes I get sad.

But then i tell myself I want to be happy and do things that make me happy and smile.

Sometimes I like being with my family and sometimes I don't.

Keep smiling. Xx
