Finding it hard to go back out and exercise.

The lighter, warmer spring days are coming in, hopefully that should help with a little motivation - even today it's quite mild outside. Why not start out just going for walks or sitting on a bench in the sun taking deep breaths and trying to be conscious of the fresh air on your skin? Some of these things help with me :)

Hi rohini2

You say you are finding it hard to go outside & exercise! Do you have to go outside? Do you have any stairs in your house, as climbing stairs & running back down can use a number of muscles within your body, the leg muscles back & front, and both arms! Do you have any rooms in your house with some space in it where you can stretch yourself before exercising! If you don't have gym facilities for weights you can use a tin of beans in each hand, or a bag of sugar this will help excercise you biceps & triceps, if you stretch your arms this will exercise your pectorals, stretching the arms can help the deltoid & trapezius muscle in the top of the back muscles! Arms up & to the side will help your deltoid muscles in your upper arm

Got to be worth a shot, if you are committed to exercise!! If the weather is not raining But cool outside wrap up warm if you have a garden, use it! if you want to run or jog you can use you garden path, or go around the block! If you wrap up warm, carry a bottle of water with you! You will use up plenty of calories through your perspiration if you are well wrapped up, more calories are used!!
