Health,depression,help.

Hi, I'm new here, I feel so low and deflated. I have been on anti depressants for several years, which seemed to keep me on the level. But just recently I have no motivation, no interest in anything and would rather be on my own rather than be with the family.

The last few years I have had a few health issues diagnosed. I have a tethered spinal cord and cyst on my cord, which explains why I get the severe back pain. On doing tests regarding this a large cyst was found on my ovary, had this removed along with my ovary and tube, results came back and it turned out to be borderline tumour, opted for full hysterectomy which had done in July therefore now on HRT and on the way to recovery.

I have no suicidal thoughts but would rather be on my own away from everything and everyone, I have also started to do on line gambling, that is getting out of hand, don't know why as I don't even enjoy it.

I have been referred to a councillor but there is a waiting list.

Anyone in the same boat and have any suggestions/help etc
